Flea, tick, and worming guidance

Some flea, tick, and worming products are classified as regulated veterinary medicines — such as POM-V or NFA-VPS products — and cannot be sold through an unattended online checkout without appropriate professional oversight. Where a product requires a prescription or veterinary authorisation, we will direct you to consult your vet.

Our flea, tick, and worming section is designed to provide guidance and facilitate contact with appropriate services. It is not a direct sale route for restricted medicines.

Personalised and custom-made items are produced to your specification. Please check your details carefully before placing an order, as we may not be able to accept returns or changes once production has begun.

Service availability

Dog walking is available in selected local postcodes only. Grooming and daycare are coming soon. All service requests are subject to individual assessment, availability, and suitability for your dog. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a place or a specific start date. We will contact you to confirm details before any service begins.
