Delivery overview
We ship to mainland UK addresses. All delivery rates and timings shown below are indicative while our online checkout is being prepared. We will confirm all delivery details when live trading begins.
Standard UK delivery
Standard delivery to mainland UK addresses is £3.95 per order. Delivery is typically within 3–5 working days from dispatch.
Remote Scottish Highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland may require additional time or incur a different rate. We will confirm this before live trading begins.
Free delivery threshold
Orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery. The threshold applies to the order subtotal after any discounts, excluding delivery charges.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 working days of an order being confirmed. Fresh and perishable items will be dispatched at the appropriate time for the product's shelf life and will be clearly labelled.
Dispatch times are indicative until live trading is fully established.
Returns
If an item is not right for you or your dog, we want to make it right. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and where possible in their original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at hello@brambleandbone.example with your order details and the reason for the return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as we can.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items may not be returnable once opened or used:
- Perishable food and treats
- Opened health or wellness supplements
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Flea, tick, and worming products once opened
We will always use our judgement fairly and contact you if there is any question about a specific return.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. We will confirm by email when a refund has been issued.
Online checkout and payment is not yet live. No charges are currently taken through this website.
