Nothing on this website constitutes veterinary advice. If your dog has a health concern, please consult a qualified vet.

Prices and availability

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Product availability is subject to stock. We will notify you as promptly as possible if an item you have ordered is unavailable.

Basket and checkout status

Our online basket and checkout are available to browse and plan your order. Online payment is currently being prepared and is not yet live. You will be notified when payment processing goes live and online ordering is open.

Orders

At present, placing items in the basket or completing a checkout form does not create a confirmed order or contract of sale. No payment will be taken until live trading begins.

When online ordering is active, a contract of sale is formed when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order before confirmation.

Service enquiries

Submitting an enquiry form for dog walking, grooming, or daycare is an expression of interest only. It does not create a booking, reservation, or contract. We will contact you to discuss availability, suitability, and terms before any service is arranged.

Dog walking, grooming, and daycare

Our dog walking service operates in selected local postcodes only. Eligibility, pricing, availability, and individual dog suitability are assessed before any service begins. Grooming and daycare are coming soon; joining the waitlist does not guarantee a place or a specific start date.

Full service terms will be provided before any booking is confirmed. Bramble & Bone is not liable for events during service that are outside our reasonable control.

Responsible use of pet products

It is your responsibility to select products appropriate for your dog's age, breed, size, and health status. Follow instructions on packaging and seek veterinary advice if you are unsure whether a product is suitable. For urgent health concerns, contact a vet without delay rather than relying on information on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bramble & Bone's liability for any claim arising from use of this website or our products and services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or where exclusion is otherwise prohibited by law.
